The fold a cup can hold 250 ml of your favorite liquid. the folded height is 3 cm and the fold ensures that it wont drip after it is emptied. Apparently the fold a cup has been classed as a work of art by Svensk Form Copyright. It does not have any of that BPA stuff and if you are lucky enough to have a dish washer you can just bung it in there to wash.
