A good few years ago we decided to stop supplying single-use carrier bags in the shop. If required, we will wrap your goods/packages in recycled paper. If your package does contains any plastic wrapping please rest assured that this has been reused by ourselves.


We are a wee shop and should have items ready to collect in the time it takes to have a coffee.


We can provide free local delivery within the Inverness city area. We will aim to deliver the items within 24hrs preferably utilising a carbon neutral delivery system. However, our staff get grumpy if its raining or they have to cycle up a big hill. So we may use the van.

UK Delivery

We aim to provide the best possible delivery service on every order, our aim is to dispatch your items the same working day as the order is placed, provided the item(s) are in stock and the order is placed before 12.00pm. 

Delivery Charges To UK Mainland:

Standard Shipping - £3.50 We aim to ship the items the same day (provided the order comes in before 12 noon). Items will normally be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will require a signature; please provide an alternative address at checkout if no one will be home to sign for the parcel. If the items are really fricking heavy or bigger than a big thing we will have to charge from £9.50. Here are the items that are really fricking heavy or bigger than a big thing -

We have the option to send items by Royal mail tracked 24 hours at an extra charge of £5.50


EXPRESS DELIVERY  £10.00. We can offer express delivery where items will be sent via Royal mail special delivery. These items should get delivered before 1 pm the next day (excluding Sundays). As long as the order gets to us before the post office shuts we will try our best to get it dispatched the same day... we might even run round to the post office.

International Ski  Delivery

We are not currently able to ship skis internationally


Returns Policy  

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the dispatch date provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact. Please return any items to the address below:

Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or personalized on behalf of the customer. We are also unable to accept returns on items of PPE equipment  ( Climbing equipment, ropes, harnesses, helmets etc) these items are sometimes subject to certification of conformity and we are unable to certify these items when they have been out of our business. All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.

For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as we regret we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the return and issue a replacement. Once an item has been used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault owing to defective workmanship or materials.

We understand that we are prone to human error sometimes so if we accidentally send you the wrong item or quantity then let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and we will replace it for the correct item and refund any postage cost you may have incurred for returning the item to us.

Again, this must be agreed with a member of the Customer Services Team prior to returning the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our stores are unable to refund or exchange orders placed via our website.
