We aim to provide the best possible delivery service on every order, our aim is to dispatch your items the same working day as the order is placed, provided the item(s) are in stock and the order is placed before 12.00pm.

Most orders are delivered during office hours by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will require a signature; please provide an alternative address at checkout if no one will be home to sign for the parcel.

International Ski Delivery
We are not currently able to ships skis internationally.
We aim to provide the best possible collection service on every order, our aim is to provide collection on the same day as the order is placed, provided the item(s) are in stock and the order is placed before 12.00pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm will require 1 processing day and can therefore be collected the following day, again provided the item(s) are in stock. At the checkout page, simply select Collect in Store for Shipping Method.
You will receive an email confirming the Click & Collect order and you will receive a further email when the order is ready to collect in store.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the dispatch date provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact. Please return any items to the address below:

Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or personalized on behalf of the customer. All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.
For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as we regret we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the return and issue a replacement. Once an item has been used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault owing to defective workmanship or materials.
We understand that we are prone to human error sometimes so if we accidentally send you the wrong item or quantity then let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and we will replace it for the correct item and refund any postage cost you may have incurred for returning the item to us.
Again, this must be agreed with a member of the Customer Services Team prior to returning the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our stores are unable to refund or exchange orders placed via our website.
